    Redeemed without a problem last night but had a bunch of untradeable cards in I’m unassigned lost so not been able to check out the pack yet.

    It was straightforward for me. Selected it, redeemed code, confirmed it and then got the congratulations screen.

    EDIT: Finally able to access the web app after the scheduled maintenance. Looks like I'm in a similar boat to others, can't see any sign of the free pack. (edited)

    hi guys, thanks for the comments, i redeemed ok and got 3 free packs in mine, can't be sure if it was the correct one. I have had a look and it seems to be a issue for everyone but EA are looking into it and i would assume redemption of the code will allow a pack to drop at some point into your account.

    As far as i'm aware that's the correct pack "EA Play Playlist Pack" and does contain loan players.

    unfortunately some people are still having issues receiving it, hopefully it will arrive eventually,
    with the amount of complaints i've seen EA might deliver something else as a sorry...
