    I have a lot of customers at work that swear by this, there’s some magic ingredient that helps with arthritis but I recommend buying the 30 capsules pack as works out cheaper x (edited)

    These worked wonders for me when i went skiing, maybe ibuprofen would if done the same but these worked for me and would buy again though they are a bugger to swallow!

    be carefull anti-inflammatory ( NSAIDs )drugs can weaken your gut lining leading to stomach ulcers
