    Doorly's XO is aged for between 5~6 years in ex-Sherry casks and The Duppy Share XO is aged for between 5~12 years in ex-Bourbon casks. I would expect Doorly's XO to be sweeter and brighter.

    It's a spirit,so years if not decades? As long as the cork stays intact and the bottle is not stuck in the sun for a few years it will be OK. (edited)
