I'm a little cautious of this offer being on a separate domain and asking for Advantage Card number.

Is there any evidence of it being legitimate, pls? e.g. a link from the main Boots site

If you search boots sampling on hkud you will see quite a few similar post for free perfume samples etc. As far as I’m aware it’s legitimate as I can confirm I have received the previous samples that I have applied for. Also if it was a scam then the mods wouldn’t allow these type of post. Hope this helps (edited)
