Did this the kids last half term. Was pleasantly surprised. Friendly staff engaged well with my 6 and 10 year olds. There was even a free gift at the end. Nice!

Don't send your kids to this and don't use Pets at Home you're supporting a company that sells live animals perpetuating the problem of animals being bred when there's thousands in shelters waiting for a home.

I did this last half term. Waste of time. We were stood around waiting for staff to get started and was told they had no idea which member of staff was supposed to be doing it. Then someone came and half arsed it. Very disappointed
