My local charity have a card they scan and I get a yearly summary of how much they've made from our donations inc. Gift aid. It's a really great idea as has made us keep gifting to them. You feel good for donating, the buyer feels good for buying from a charity shop. Everyone wins
Charity shop but they even take ruined clothes and sell it on to recycling companies
