Our free fitness classes are run by Nuffield Health instructors in your community.

Good for both body and mind, our specially designed classes will help build strength and confidence.

    The problem is that girls are far more likely to drop out of physical activity than boys so I assume this is part of a drive to encourage them. There has been quite a lot about the issue recently but this article has some information. amp.theguardian.com/edu…vey

    Not against it but very surprised you can still do promotions like this nowadays. If my local pub did a free pint but just for males there would be uproar

    My niece attended this today and thoroughly enjoyed it. Sadly, there were only 4 girls who attended the session. So if you are looking for free things to do, it comes highly recommended 👌, thank for posting, I hope many more people will take advantage of this.
