    Sugar and seed oils. The staple ingredients of most junk and processed food.

    Throw is some oats and it's all healthy.

    I've got no doubt this tastes nice. As a deal, good price.

    Aldi has a clone of this for £2.39 a box, under their "Harvest Morn" brand. Same nutritional content, similar box design. If you miss out on this deal, for £12 and it returns to £19 on Amazon, you can still pick up 6 boxes from Aldi for £14 in total.

Not tried the chocolate one though...
