    I've had 2 in 3 years don't believe the German quality in my humble opinion there won't be a 3rd. Going all metal next purchase brass or die cast something will only be o-rings to fail then.

    I'd get the £3 one someone posted a couple of days ago. Had mine delivered and it's very solid compared to my hozelok
    I don't see the need to ever spend this much when I could get nearly ten of the other

    I'm replacing our old all metal hozelock one (the £40 ultramax pro) after 8 years as the trigger no longer works but it's been dripping from the spray nozzle for the last 4 or 5 years. Always kept indoors over winter. I've just found the invoice in my inbox, purchased then for £21.99.

    Thought this with 5 year warranty was worth a shot, £40 seems excessive for the hozelock now. (edited)

    This has metal wear and tear parts and is not 100% plastic. Much better than our Hozelock it replaced. German made = superior.

    German made is most definitely not superior these days, it may beat some low cost Chinese variant but there’s usually a better alternative. (edited)

    I bought a Karcher spray gun in 2017, and that has been used and abused by the kids, dropped, stood on, exposed to winter, frost, UV and its still going strong.... So German quality certainly still exists.
