Unfortunately the ANC is disappointing, even on max (but doesn't cause the "pressure" that ANC sometimes does) and struggles to drown out wind and traffic noise, and sound quality is just OK.
I regret paying the £145 I did, and have now gone back to the Soundcores purely because of how much better they are for music.
As somebody mentioned ANC is not the best, but I guess that's the size limitation for earbuds. (edited)

I have volume and playback setup but this also means if I only have left ear in I only have volume control and if I have right ear I only have playback control.
From what I have seen in the reviews all the controls are available from one earbud because you can swipe as well as do a combination of taps to control all the settings. (edited)
