Gravity Fitness have Grade B stock for Pull Up Bars and Parallettes at 50% off normal prices. Good equipment and very cheap at this price. P&P should be free, but they tried to charge me £20 for being in Scotland; a quick chat with them resolved this and the fee was waived.

as long as you know there's quite a bit of movement in the structure it's not too bad. I can imagine they have lots of returns from people saying it's too unstable

If you're aiming for compact, lightweight, and portable, you don't put a cantilever on top.

I bought both on Monday and they arrived the next day. The packaging for the pull up bar was completely messed and falling apart.

How quick can it be put up and pulled down? Thinking this may save the door frames, but its a bit of a structure to have up all the time

i really think they're missing a trick in not having some bars running perpendicular to the long bars so you can do dips on it (unless they have this and i'm missing it). Would take up a lot of room just to do pull ups
