    Can’t speak for these but if you are looking for an experience of ‘selfless consciousness’  I would highly recommend an auditory guided meditation. Being thoughtless to the point of being consciously in the present is extremely difficult practice especially at the start, and having a guide reminding you throughout especially at the beginning is extremely helpful.
