I thought the physical store had shut, is it still open purely for collection?

Fair enough. I've had horrendous customer service experiences with Sports Direct, Fitbit, Easyjet, Pizza Hut, Ebay, First Choice, Quidco, under armour, Virgin Money, Talktalk etc.

    So its becoming the norm

Yeah I've never used 3 network after terrible service over 15 years ago.

Virgin Media are another I'd avoid after my parent experience.

Only thing I can do is take my custom elsewhere.

Would have got the Converse shown but short of stuffing three socks in each one, no, hehe.
