Yes, quite effective in my experience. I have one before I sleep and then another when I wake up.

The recommended potassium intake for an average adult 19-50 years of age is 3,400 milligrams (mg) per day for men and 2,600 mg per day for women.

Dude, these aren’t to be had as a normal drink during the day. When I get back from a serious training session you can scrape the salt crystals off my head and clothing… it’s insane. The problem amateur runners make is flooding their body with excess water, further diluting their salt and mineral reserves. These tablets are meant to prevent that happening. I’ve used 8 of these in a day before when climbing Mount Ventoux in 36 degree heat. I maintained hydration and felt great at the end and on the next days ride.

I work in a pool hall at a school for special needs so air temp is 32 and pool is 30ish. ie hot as hell and sweat a hell of a lot.

Was getting banging headaches even with drinking plenty of water. Got these and headaches subsided. Probably salt content helped.

    Great wee soluble tablet.

These are really good, I use them for cycling. Also great if you have been sweating when it's hot, or just a bit deydrated.

I use the SIS version of these to prevent cramps in my long runs. If I get a cramp it’s always because I didn’t take one. (edited)

Talking about the salt amount - some people (myself included) need to increase their salt intake for health reasons.

Good price, I used these when I was on keto and they helped the muscle cramps.

Ordered. I usually get the eight tube multipacks, but his works out cheaper (for the nicer flavours). Been using these for a couple of years now (since a re.lay bad cramp attack after a swimming session). Not had one since having one of these in water prior to a training session. I also often have one prior to bedtime - which I’ve found completely stop night leg cramps and other aches. Sometimes I have them just as refreshing drink. I’ve tried various brands (and there are many) but always come back to this brand. Some of the flavours are better than others - but Tropical is definitely the best (for me at least - though Citrus is good too).

And yes, they really DO make a big difference to the severity of hangovers!

    thanks OP!

Nice, not sure how you do a mixed order. I have to do them separately

Thanks OP and thanks to the other posters advising on a good hangover cure, I'm old so hangovers are terrible sometimes.

I have adrenal insufficiency and these are vital when I've done too much or have a bout of diarrhea/sickness heat from me.
