If it's using the honor health app then do not bother, I had the Honor GS3 watch that is fantastic but the app is a major letdown, texts don't come through to the watch, app constantly logs you out, you GPS track on your watch then the app cannot show you your route, eventually ditched the watch due to the poor app and swapped back to Huawei.

I use a honor smart watch with the Huawei health app, works fine

I have had this for a year, a very good watch, good battery, screen, heart rate, GPS, bluetooth but let down by phone software, especially it wouldn't link to strava (maybe because hauwei software is banned by google?)

Therefore I have had love / hate relationship with it. Linking to strava and friends is really helpful for keeping motivated.

BUT, this evening I have just managed to upgrade to latest Huawei health app by sideloading an APK, and now everything (especially strava) appears to be fixed, I am thrilled, except a month ago I gave up and bough an amazfit GTR2 sports edition watch, which isnt nearly as good as this watch, especially stuttering bluetooth music connection, and a number of niggles.
Now I have a nearly new amazfit watch, any offers??

Conclusion: Get this watch, and spend time (eg sideloading) to get the latest phone software.

I use the Health Sync app (Google Play) to sync between accounts. It's a 7-day trial then costs 2 or 3 quid for life

I have this watch, an amazfit pace and a garmin 245. Screens are nice in this one. It doesn’t work well with strava and you need to have an android to put music (very slowly by Bluetooth) in it. Audio calls with the watch are pretty good though. Decent for the price.

I've had the 46mm one, also £59.99, for a few days now.

It has the speaker and mic and works way better than I expected for phone calls.

Bluetooth transfer of workout music playlists is faster than I expected. Definitely better if you have your phone close to the watch when transferring the music from the Health app.

Screen is excellent. And battery life is better than a lot of competitors.

True. I've had the previous model for years, fed up of the Chinese government pestering me to get my step count up

It does. I advised as he has a deal for the 46mm version live at a higher price.

I ordered the 46mm which has a 14 day battery. Hopefully it works on despite some people saying the app isn't great. (edited)

No idea if anyone will see/ reply to this but is the age of the watch an issue? £59.99 is a great price, but it is 3 years old. Ideally I would have preferred the 46mm version from the deal posted by for the same price but of course I was not looking for a new watch at the time! Watch has since broken though. I'm debating between this and one of the Amazfit watches (likely the GTS mini 2022 version) - any advice would be great. (edited)

I've always wondered, why do I need to know my oxygen level and what can I do about it if it's not good?

    ChatGPT is our friend:
Knowing your oxygen level is important because it provides valuable information about the oxygen saturation in your blood. Oxygen is crucial for the proper functioning of your body's cells, tissues, and organs. Monitoring your oxygen level can help identify potential health issues and ensure that your body is receiving an adequate supply of oxygen.

If your oxygen level is not good, it could indicate a problem with your respiratory system or circulation. Low oxygen levels, known as hypoxemia, can lead to symptoms such as shortness of breath, rapid breathing, confusion, dizziness, and cyanosis (a bluish discoloration of the skin). In severe cases, it can be life-threatening.

If you find that your oxygen level is not within the normal range, it's important to consult a healthcare professional for a proper diagnosis and appropriate treatment. They may recommend the following actions:

    1. Supplemental Oxygen: If your oxygen level is significantly low, your doctor may prescribe supplemental oxygen therapy. This involves using an oxygen concentrator or oxygen tank to provide extra oxygen to your body.

    2. Treating Underlying Conditions: Your doctor will investigate the underlying cause of low oxygen levels and address any specific health conditions contributing to the problem. For example, if you have a respiratory infection or lung disease, appropriate medications or therapies may be prescribed.

    3. Lifestyle Modifications: In some cases, lifestyle changes can help improve oxygen levels. These may include quitting smoking, maintaining a healthy weight, engaging in regular exercise, and avoiding exposure to environmental pollutants.

    4. Pulmonary Rehabilitation: For individuals with chronic lung conditions, pulmonary rehabilitation programs may be recommended. These programs involve a combination of exercise, breathing techniques, and education to improve lung function and overall respiratory health.

Remember, it's essential to consult a healthcare professional for personalized advice and treatment options if you suspect your oxygen levels are not within the normal range.
