If you want a decent cleaver, just visit your local Chinese market/shop. They aren't branded or come in fancy boxes, but they are sharp, functional and hard-wearing. I've had mine over 10 years and I can still slice through paper with ease.

Would it not be safer and cheaper to use scissors to cut your paper?

I can't say if this is good or bad, as I've purchased it for somebody else and only had a brief look at the product. I was not impressed that Amazon sent it on its own box, with a big sticker glued on the original box.
But what I can say is that this was definitely a higher price less than 2 weeks ago.

if like the rest of their products Try to imply professional chief products in reality no Professional would touch their products with a bargepole. Cheap crap with hollow handles which rusts quickly and easily. Give it a miss.

Amazon reviews suggest it's not for meat with bones, so I will pass this.

Nope they are cheap poorly made knives. Be fine for home use but if you plan on using it a lot then it won’t last

Don't have the cleaver, but I've had one of the knives. It was really easy to clean as there's no cracks for bacteria to get in, the choice of steel is questionable though as the knife did not hold an edge and snapped in half when I dropped on the stone patio.

What brands are good for knives these days? Not bought any in years.
