sorted byYou could have picked up a decent Napoleon 56cm BBQ with heat diffuser last week for £99 and if you already own a BBQ investing in a cast iron skillet (if you like getting the maillard reaction on your steak & finishing it with butter, garlic and sprig of thyme) or even just an afterburner plate and stick it on top of your chimney starter will sear a steak just as good as these for a third of the price. Only issue is that accessories are hard to come by compared with the bigger versions.
And for 2 people it's perfect. We're not all breeders!
Bought a pizza stone but the 1st pizza I did got a scorched bum.
2nd one I did with baking paper on top of the stone - came out great.
Looking forward to experimenting a little more this year but the accessories aren't easy to find or cheap.
But never both at the same time......
