Fine for a car. Use your vario lance on medium pressure.

The patio cleaner - I got £25 for mine on eBay
Good deal and voted hot but bear in mind the hose length is only 3m and shorter than all other models. Fine for a small patio but not practical for moving around a car.
The unit itself is small so easy to just pick up and move. I just washed a large car with mine yesterday and only needed to reposition the pressure washer a couple of times.. it’s really no big deal. (edited)
Worth considering this as an alternative deal - direct from Karcher, with extra 1 year of warranty (3 years in total) and also includes the car washing accesories for £87.99

Link won't load for non app users.- The 3m hose is useless but got a 15m one for £14 off ebay. Fits fine but 10m would have been fine. For such a small package it's really good.
