This does come with a floor but is flimsy So I bought plywood and put that on top .This makes it much more durable and protects piercing the inadequate floor. Also I drilled and bolted the shed by its anchor points into the concrete where I sited it.It has been outside through frost , minus temperatures and the scorching sun last year and is still as good as new. The roof is the hardest to put together and you will need a ladder this really does need two strong people .
To secure the shed and keep your item safe you will need a good padlock , I used the round type which is adequate. The sides come in four sections and you can select which section front or back / left or right you would like the window .

A 2 man job when it gets to the roof, we found that part to be a pain in the a^$E and took us longer than it whole have done.
An electric screwdriver is a must.
All in all would recommend at this price.
