The seller is the manufacturer and Patriot make decent gear. Mine tested fine up to full capacity and is running great in my Switch. Not quite as fast as the 256GB Samsung it replaced, but a good chunk cheaper than their 512GB. I can't post it as a deal as the seller is 7 short of the 300+ feedback HUKD requires.
