I bought a bunch of these last week. Great for the price. But be warned that the data transfer speeds are slower than you would expect for USB 3.

Does anyone know if these will run bitlocker ok?

    Truecrypt is fine.

Sooooo sloooow!! Gave up waiting for files to be copied from it the other day - was quicker to rewrite to an sd card and copy over - this usb drive still wasn’t done moving the files by time sd was finished..

Anything will last longer than this - when you have to wait over an hour for a few hundred small file to be copied over - you’ll just throw the drive in the bin..

These are great USB drives generally, I have 10, but there is a caveat, I have had issues with 2 of the 10 with corrupted data over the last year, so hopefully just a batch with a few dodgy chips

If anyone wants more than 1 the 128GB (2 x 64GB) is slightly cheaper, 5pence per unit.

a great price to store 64gb worth of data as a backup method.

Looking into doing just this... But I've heard that they may have a limited life expectancy if not used every so often... Was hoping to put data on it and it still work in 15 years!!!

Got them last time round. A bit slow but solid built and can take a knock or two. No caps to loose and hole for key ring.

For this price, what's not to like. I've bought 4.... Extra 5% off. 2 to back up 64gb on, and another two to be backups of those to stick off site. That's £10.45 well spent.
