    How useful is this for frying especially compared to Rapeseed oil which I usually use. I’d not considered using Olive oil until I recently saw a 1 litre bottle available in my local Lidl store I think for £6 or £7 which I think came in two types, one of them “light”? Thanks in advance.

    Light is fine for frying - not my first choice though.  Stick to veg (which is all rapeseed) oil in the first place.  

    if you are slow cooking and low heat frying (ie not searing or doing roast potatoes) then almost any olive oil is ok, apart from cold pressed.  

    £6 or £7 will get you around 3 litres of veg oil compared to one litre of this stuff.  Up to you at the end of the day.
