A deal for those who want a big screen. Hardly any better deals for 17 inches. The CPU is close enough to i3 11th gen and the RAM is upgradable. Can use virtual storage or a flash drive for extra storage. This is a perfect deal for my mother. Not all people have high needs, why spend more? Saying this, a Chromebook will do for them. But not easy finding 17 inches laptops at reasonable prices.
17 inch with i3, double the storage and double RAM is £500 at Argos. Same specs as this one but £10 more, was 280 hot last time when it was posted. This will be a popular deal and will go OOS soon, or they'll put the price up. (edited)

The CPU is decent, 4GB RAM is not great, but this is an upgradable model. 17 inch screen is quite niche, so I think this is a decent deal for those who want a big screen. I voted hot! (edited)
