    Are the LOQ laptops thin? I had the slim 7 amd in mind but then again, the pro would provide better cooling. But I also don’t want it to be thick so I can take it around.

    Some helpful reviews online. Here's one I find quickly.
    Looks decent tbh, depending on price of course here with custom configuration we can save alot of £££, if you can install os(win11) and extra ram your self, the 15inch base model with qhd screen and rtx 4050 is very good value for new tech compared to what's been out there for sale (edited)

    As the ideapad pro 5 seem to suffer from an aggressive fan curve (big words, thanks, just learned them) (fans turn on unnecessarily when CPU hits 30C)

    This isnt the next step up from there though? As the GPU wouldnt be used at all, or at least wouldnt be the intended purpose.

    Or would you recommend something else? Cant seem to find an equivalent Thinkpad. Just after good keyboard/screen (reasonable nits, 100% sRGB)/battery?
