Found this deal that seems to trump the last one I put up for the standard M10 64Gb tablet from Lenovo site. For an extra £20 it's the 128Gb Plus from Argos.

Plus you get the clock deal if that's what you're after too.

Free click and collect or £3.95 shipping.

Worth saying that I haven't owned this or alternative product so can't say how it compares or runs. Just been looking at past deals, reviews and comments on here.

Looks like John Lewis is doing the same deal.

Apart from more storage, any major differences between this and the 4+64GB one from Lenovo?

From the regular M10 post on here:

    - 128GB Storage vs 64GB
    - Slightly larger screen (by 0.5") + 400 nits vs 320nits
    - 8MP Front Camera vs 5MP
    - 4 Speakers vs 2
    - Lenovo Precision Pen Support
    - 7700mha (8.5hr) Battery vs 5100mha (5hr)
    - Update to Android 13 via Official Firmware

Can anything be put on these tablets to make their interface as easy to use as an iPad.

My 4yo son finds the ipad really easy to use.

Android is a lot more flexible, so if you want to cripple it to act like an iPad, there should a launcher which will mimic iOS.

In reality, it's not exactly a huge jump to the different interface.

My speakers are ok, I think my layout is a little different to the one you have but only slightly. I paired it with and Anker buds and after getting a pair that worked properly it's fabulous for films, etc - set the bass up a tad and it's like having proper living room volume, protrusion isn't bad so you can lie down to watch too. Only thing I find I want now is a stand as it is heavy to hold up.

Does anyone know if the USB-C port on this supports video output?

    It does not unfortunately

Nice. I go the M10 for £129 last year for the kids but would've happily stumped up an extra twenty squids for this.

The M10 has proven to be up to the task of,er, playing episodes of Peppa Pig.

These are fantastic for kids, you can really control absolutely everything on them with Family Link too.

Smashing deal, so now it's a decision whether to refuse the M10 3rd gen from lenovo, vs this one!
    j1000's avatar
My M10 has shipped but not been delivered.
Can we refuse a delivery for a full refund?
    Cheers for any help.

    Really good price

Looks like John Lewis and Amazon just priced matched this. JL offer 2 year warranty on it so I went and ordered from them.

Sending the M10 from Lenovo back as this feels like better value. (edited)

This or the Samsung Tab A8?
  13. KyleKeighley's avatar
This issue I have with tabs is the very low Ram 4gb is laaaame Ram is so cheap yet manufacturers are keeping tabs so low on Ram. I have a tab from 7years ago with 3gb Ram and paid the same kinda price.

Probably trying to get rid of them. I have issue with Bluetooth earbuds just constantly disconnecting. Been back to Lenovo repair 2 times and now with them again for the 3rd time awaiting to see how they fix it. 1st motherboard 2nd time unknown part replaced. Sounding like a software issue they can't seem to fix.

How does this compare with an IPad at 2.5x the price?

    Can anyone recommend a case?
