I have had these sized monitors only at a 4K resolution. How good or bad do these appear at 2K res?

Suspect it might be a bit too less, even for office work, but then maybe not - Any real life experiences?

I have this ( without the usb c hub). 2k is more than adequate for office work.

John Lewis has price-matched this if you want it with a 2-year guarantee.

just a note This can be VESA-mounted with a £31.50 adapter from lenovo

I thought it had vesa holes built in? Do you really need an adapter to vesa mount?

I thought VESA meant universal not proprietary? Get a cheaper brand adapter?

It might be ok. But isn't this only 75hz 4ms?

Meh, Lenovo are doing them for £150 through employee and education pricing. The q27q w/o the USB hub is pricing more expensive at £190.

At £150 with a built in USB hub is a good option for dual displays or a one cable / plug solution.

Speakers will do in a pinch but along with the refresh rate, is a compromise but acceptable at that price.

G27q is a bit more expensive but no USB hub but if your laptop has a dedicated GPU, you won't be powering it from the USB-C cable anyway. You'll get the refresh rate and a VA panel instead of an IPS. (edited)

A word of warning about these monitors.

Lenovo quality control is very poor.

I ordered 2 of these from Currys. The first order arrived and the monitor was great, so I decided to get a 2nd one.

The 2nd one had a yellow tint to it,so it was returned. I also noticed the back panel of the monitor was a bit loose.

I am waiting for a replacement for the 2nd one from Currys.
