Refurbished grade A. Mine just arrived today! Looks mint. Comes with a charger only. No original box but well packed.

ElekDirect is the official AO.com outlet store.

Never seen cheaper than £400. Great specs in a small laptop. Ryzen version is hard to find.

There is another Yoga Slim 7 listed for £250 on ElekDirect but the listing is wrong, serial refers to a different laptop.

If anyone is wondering about potential upgrades...
From Amazon Q&A... "As this laptop's memory is soldered to the systemboard it can not be upgraded. It has 8GB Soldered LPDDR4x-4266 with no extra slots. In regards to the storage, it has one drive that can be upgraded up to 1TB M.2 2280 SSD. Hope this helps. Junaid - Lenovo Support on 04 July 2023" (edited)

Does this model have charging via usb rather than a bespoke brick?

Just received mine, it looks like new, no signs of wear at all. Came well packaged and with a USB C Charger/Adaptor whatever you want to call it, UK plug.

Will play with it a bit later and test functionality but at first glance really pleased with it!

    Hi,

Just letting you know that I've managed to ask Lenovo to reset my warranty from the purchase date

You can find that reset request form on Lenovo warranty page. Good luck!

I noticed the same as I was downloading some games, was reaching higher speeds of download compared to my Legion 5 Pro lol. I thought I was seeing things.

I'd rather have a much lower screen resolution and more memory, but really good price if that's what you are after!

Just what I was looking for to replace a really old mac and not break the bank! Thank you, ordered one. Will see what arrives

It's a good price for a well-built machine. 8GB RAM is clearly limiting but this is more than acceptable for this price and older model (it's a 5500U, Zen 2 CPU). It'll be plenty for most users.

As an alternative in case anyone is interested, Currys Clearance have the Yoga 6 Gen 6 and 7 for similar money and spec with 5500U, 8GB RAM but foldable touchscreens.

Hi - any laptop gurus out there what to help a guy out?

Long story short I need a recommendation for a laptop to replace an sharing desktop.

    The laptop needs to:

    Be a Lenovo

    Cost between £300-£400

Be happy being used with a monitor/wireless mouse etc being connected most of time.

Capable of word processing and internet scrolling. No gaming etc

Future proof as poss for window updates

Be a tablet as well if poss (may be out of budget?)

Fast start up a big bonus

Bigger the screen is better but like I say it’s going to be connected to the monitor most of the time.

New rather than graded if poss

    What would you recommend?

Also are these likely to come up on prime day?

    Thanks in advance
