    Ok, really disappointed, got mine yesterday, tried it in every device and all I got was insert card. Had my suspicions when I opened it, as previous lexar products I have bought you needed a good pair of scissors to cut them open, but the packaging on this was hardly glued at the bottom and the SD cards themselves hardly had any clear plastic around them to hold them in place, and on originals the plastic spreads out quite wide. It hasn't put me of lexar but I think I will just get my cards from the original manufacturer website in future, I told Amazon I suspect they are fake and got a refund.

    Bought a Samsung EVO Select 512GBthe other week off amazon for £7.99 but its estimated delivery is 2-25th of feb, i dont mind waiting but is this card pretty much the same ? if so ill cancel the samsung one and buy this.

    My 128+128GB phone is full and technically I want more storage.

    However, I only have myself to blame for this predicament. Should just delete some stuff and free up space.

    I don't need it...

    The Samsung Evo Select 512GB were £37 a few weeks back, this should perform almost identically so I would snatch these while you can! Especially if you have a Steam Deck

    Yep. Mine arrived. Also failed and confirmed fake. Amazon taking it back but really really poor they've dispatched fakes directly.

    Edit - spoken to Trading Standards and they want to follow it up (and are advising I don't just send the fake back). However so far Amazon are refusing to refund until I do. Annoyed me enough to let Lexar know about this so they can decide whether they want to take action themselves directly. Seems a very odd hill for Amazon to choose to die on tbh. (edited)

    I pushed Amazon to refund me without sending them back , and then chatted to their fraud department and got £10 compensation

    Confirmed fake here also. Lucky you got told to keep yours, I have been told I need to send mine back. Postage is prepaid, fingers crossed RM don't lose it in the mail system.

    If you have returned a fake item be sure to check your emails and bank. I have been told by amazon that i did not return the item they sent me. I have been told I will be recharged even although I was initially refunded. I have now had to officially appeal the decision. If my appeal is rejected I will be talking to trading standards.
