True 10 bit VA LCD panel, edge lit with local dimming, hdmi 2.1, 120hz@4k support.
The qned 86 is the flagship model of LG's LCD range apart from the 8k one (which i think is the qned99). It's mini led back lit (same as a Samsung neo qled), but is ips instead of VA. Only really an issue if your not sat directly facing it.
