Water and energy efficiency are saving graces
The LG F2T208WSE is a good washing machine. Some will be disappointed by its weak rinse and average ease of use, but it cleans well and its energy and water efficiency are particularly good.

    Pros
    Top-notch water and energy efficiency
    Running costs lower than most
    Good cleaning and spin cycle
    Cons
    Much weaker rinse than most
    Average ease of use
    Default cotton wash of 60°C

Has anyone got experience going from a 1600rpm to a 1200rpm machine - is there much difference?

Somebody on a previous LG washer thread mentioned the efficiency of the spin as more important than the speed.

Looking at the product fiche for this model, the 'weighted remaining moisture content' is 53.4%.

If you can find out what the remaining moisture content is, from the product fiche for the 1600 model you're referring to, you'll have some idea as to the difference.

Very tempted. Need a new washer but also an integrated dishwasher ideally Bosch or lg. Don't suppose you have seen any good deals on one? Many thanks.
