Somewhere like Yutaka Shop (part of Tazaki Foods which is one of the main wholesalers of Japanese imports) sells and delivers frozen sashimi salmon / prawns etc.

Personally, I wouldn't eat UK supermarket fish raw as sashimi. I'd want to buy from a specialist that can detail the provenance of the fish and how it's been prepared.
