I've been wearing Timberlands for more years than I care to remember and I've never had a problem with sizing. These were so narrow I could barely get my feet into them, they'll have to go back. The returns form they sent was so faintly printed as to be virtually useless. I'm disappointed because I like the brand and I like the boot. (edited)

I returned the boots on Monday, they received them on Wednesday and the money was back in my account today so any fears I had about their customer services were groundless.
