Anybody any idea of how easy/difficult this would be to assemble? (My DIY skills would be a 5 out of 10).

Be careful when dealing with wowcher. It is one of the worst companies you will ever deal with. If you want to know more then visit these facebook groups - "Wowcher (aka Livingsocial) Fraud" and "WOWCHER RIP OFF". Not many merchants will have two dedicated facebook groups about buyer complaints. And they don't care.
