Would this jump a motorbike or too powerful?

The starter motor should just take the power it needs so I’m not sure anything could be too powerful

Although I don't have experience with this particular car jumper (I have experience with others) I'd stay away from this for few reasons. For instance they don't state or at least the below are not on the product page:
    1) The cranking amps or at least the size of diesel / petrol engine it supports
    2) The operating temperature range
    3) Details of safety features

I'd always buy stuff like this from a manufacturer well known and respected in the car industry. Those might be more expensive a bit but at least you'll know what you'll get.

Could you use something like this as power supply for a portable monitor?

Rather than a smaller 10000 powerbank (edited)

I think this is equivalent to a 6000MAH powerbank

I can recommend the TopDon JS2000 which I personally have the largest engine it has started with a fully depleted battery is a Range Rover 4.4 V8 which it started no problem.
