Um thats fraud tho
Just got a voucher for my trip to the cinema on Wednesday (y) 🏿
Yep just tried this today, unfortunately for me MI5 must have intercepted my past comment and passed my details to my local police who were on hand to arrest me for using a coupon for free popcorn
Same, anybody know any other deals for vue/cineworld.
Not Accy or Preston either. Bury is the nearest one to us
Best deals for vue seem to be: monday £3.99 use free super monday code from vue website. tuesday & wednesday £4.99 at those locations on the list and use meerkat code too for BOGOF thursday - sunday £4.99 for those on the list. if not on the list then wowcher has 5 tickets for £20 can be used at majority of vue and on any day.
Can’t stand VUE. The emergency lighting is so distracting.
Still a rip off £6.75 in empty Vue in Croydon, while 3.99 in poor Oxford. Ridiculous
I personally remove my child from the film. So if they miss out on watching the movie they soon learn their lesson. I personally feel you are traumatising your child.
Bloody hell thats a bit extreme
How's that discipline??
Or to be a sociopath
How do you do this it just takes me to the vue website?? Thank
Nice one, thanks very much! Just done the survey twice, to 2 different emails, so that's free popcorn for me and my Mumma when I take her to see Mamma Mia tomorra! (y) 😘
Drinks are very expensive in Vue cinemas. A small bottle of water was priced at £2.95. Fizzy drinks were more expensive.
thanks just did this as meant to be going to see a movie tomorrow hopefully get my free popcorn lol
I'm sure there'll be plenty of tickets for the final
What a great victory by Croatia.
This deal did not stand a chance mate, i saw the email pop up and by the time i got finished booking my ticket i checked a minute or two later and the rest was gone! bvmjain this kinda mkes up for the crappy ballot yesterday eh! :D
It's Croatia v England.
It seems to be 'fully booked'! Unsurprising...
Hey guys, I don't seem to be getting many hours at work anymore even though I feel like I'm a hard worker...... Would appreciate it if you left feedback on vue's website and say Alfie from the Stratford Westfield branch is amazing.... They may appreciate me more.... Many thanks guys 😁
Attended yesterday, £4.99 Leicester Pretty empty, spacious standard seats. Definitely will visit again!
You must be lucky then, nearby Odeon's to me are at least £4-5 more expnsive, £8.75 compared to £13.55 for standard seats respectively. Furthermore, Odeon standard seats are terrible and are usually the first few rows. You practically have to upgrade to premium seating at least to get a half decent seat, which adds on another quid. Whereas with Vue, you can sit anywhere, other than the small VIP section.
Getting fed up with emails every day to something I have not signed up too , this site is a pain in the arse .
£19.95 super Monday’s.
*65 Million Years Old
So I need to buy a box of cereal to watch a film that's about 25 years old! No thanks sooner rent it out on DVD
Can this be combined with vue mondays?
Soon to be extinct
a monster deal!
Great deal for all fellow glasses wearers
FFS!! These exist?? My bloke won't go to see 3D films because he hates wearing 3D glasses on top of his normal glasses. It doesn't bother me (I also wear specs). Why on earth don't they promote these.. Anywhere? Mind you it is VUE. Who are awful in general. And have website that isn't easy to use and can't book online easy. Certainly not if you wanna use Meerkat code and sit in VIP... Often their website shows zero listings for whole DAYS when they're actually open. We joke that they don't actually WANT custom (lol) We aren't Vue fans at all... But sadly the only cinema anywhere near us! I'll ask about these 3D pop on glasses next time I'm there. Cheers OP
Surely simply writing the word 'disposable' on something does not magically make it 'disposable'? #MorePlasticInTheOcean
This is great!
3D is so unpopular some cinemas are charging more for 2D. Ironically to pay for the installation of all that expensive 3D equipment.
Help please. Gonna be my birthday on the 13th and would really really love to watch Jurassic World in 3D with my parents. Just looked at the price and it cost £43.12 for the three of us (adult, student, and senior). Does anyone has idea to on how I can get it bit cheaper. Thank you.
It’s not nationwide. My vue cinema in Watford isn’t supported.
Anyone know any deals available for wednesday thanks in advance (y)
My original post wasn’t with regards to whether the T-Charge is correct or not (I personally believe it’s a good thing) but was about how the average person isn’t better off financially in London as the cost of living is higher. BTW I don’t drive a diesel wagon I own a PHEV which I drive mainly in electric mode.
Well I actually live in central(ish) London and for the last two weeks or more the pollution levels have been as high as in China and I've been coughing up my lungs, so if you want to keep driving your diesel wagon of pollution please keep it out of London and just drive it around your own house. Oh and FYI the pollution limits they want to bring it they legally should have brought in back in about 2010 but kept ignoring.
I used to think like that, but don't feel too hard done by by that. If you bought a 5-pack donuts in the supermarket it would be about 50p, but if you bought a pack of 2 it would be more than 20p and a pack of 1 would be more than 10p. If you bought a loaf of bread, it would be £1, but if you bought one of those 1/2 loaves, it would be more than 50p. It's about overhead portion of the cost and sometimes economies of scale.
exactly why i will prob never get on the housing ladder, still living with my parents at 36 and even with a 20k deposit, a min wage job with zero security as its agency as most places don't take you on now as its easier for them and cheaper since they don't have to pay sick/holiday/pension will not be enough. I could move away somewhere cheaper but then be away from everyone i know and i already struggle with my autism
Only good if you got friends or a partner to go with. I tend to go alone. But thats how things are, cheaper if your coupled up even council tax as a single, you get 25% off, it should be 50% off
Good thing I'm vegan and can't eat popcorn due to my colitis so I never get any food from the cinema
I am find with the prices as I don't watch many movies. When I go I always splash out on the top seats and everything else. I can understand if people go regularly though. Prices are crazy I wonder if others will do the same? Showcase is by me and I think some competition is needed
Sorry to sound pompous but my local Vue dropped their prices from £8.99 to £4.99 and the dredge that now turn yapping and making a nuisance of themselves makes going to my local not worth it at all. I'd rather just wait a few weeks to rent in HD
I booked four tickets for Vue in Sheffield for this Tuesday online and only paid £9.98 as I paid for two tickets at £4.99 each which said 75p booking fee was already included in the cost and I got the other two tickets free from the meerkat promotion.
Weird that they're charging a 75p booking fee. Vue Glasgow charge more if you DON'T book online. £3.99 on the website every Monday but £4.49 if you pay in the cinema. There was no booking fee last week - unless they're introduced one since. My experience of Vue's website is that you should book at least a day in advance if you're buying online. The website is prone to freezing and crashing. It can take hours to buy a ticket.
The snacks are quite reasonable too, in Gateshead anyway they have 3 items for £10 I think or a pound extra to go large.. so large drink, large nachos and large ice cream (3+ scoops, and toppings) for £11ish.. wipes the floor with the Odeon prices.
Yes of course
Reading is £4.99. Problem is I would rather pay more and go to showcase and sit in the massive lazy boys with loads of leg room.
Appreciate the positive feedback. I do the best I can :D
Dont forget that survey for free popcorn on purchase of a drink used it today buying a coffee.
Oh no, he or she is a bad parent for illegally streaming a film (!?) I begrudge paying over a tenner for a cinema ticket. I usually try to utilise offers if I have access to any. I would call it being sensible with money, which is important to teach kids. As well as about principals, and of course sarcasm. :D
Yes it does. 4.99 is not an offer but now ‘standard price’
Does this offer work with meerkat 2 for 1 offer as well? Has anyone tried? With meerkat it would be awesome, 4.99 for 2 tickets
It only started in selected cinemas yesterday - I got an email confirming the same.
That's all cinemas now!
Not in Portsmouth- until now. Prices were over £11, so this is a VERY good deal for people in the Portsmouth area. Hopefully Odeon will reduce their prices to match, as I much prefer going there.
Just got 2 codes ready to see Purge tomorrow (y) 🏿 8) still working and get vouchers straight away
You can only redeem this at a till once you've ordered a drink. Zzzz
92 seconds. No idea what answers I put - everything was about average on the sliders.
It doesn't work
(devil) bad deal worked out more expensive using the deal than just booking online at local Vue £5:30 plus booking fee and Vat check website before booking
I got this email from AA today, I signed up and the tickets are more expensive, something must be wrong.
Tickets are more expensive through this than at my local cinema.
Agreed this deal should be freezing cold but people are sheep and just clicking with out actually reading comments or looking themselves.
This offer seems rubbish,
Brilliant, thanks for the heads up :)
Does this work with kids tickets too?
i've used mine each time to buy at the counter for myself and my husband at the reduced price. Terms and conditions are on their website https://www.myvue.com/legal/terms-and-conditions
I meant specifically that I can use my code to buy multiple tickets at the same time in person? I want to avoid the online booking fee
Thanks. Have you ever tried booking in person? I'm wondering if it would work. So it states in TC it doesn't apply?
I've used mine multiple times :)
Also available at Staines, according to the banners there!
Also available at Sheffield !!!!
Heat from me. Hope they don't put The Island Cinema out of business though.
thanks for posting this :)
The VUE in romford is this price - not a deal as such, but i think more of a local price drop due to local competition
