The spec is wrong. This AP has a 2.5Gbps PoE+ port.

What's the management app like compared to unifi? Do I also need to run any thing else to manage it like unifi?

Ditto! I have a self hosted unifi controller that has done nothing for about 2 years now...

Can these be set up easily in a home environment? Want to replace my unifi ap

If you have managed to setup a Unifi AP, yes.

What's the performance of this like? I see it has 3x3 5ghz antenna instead of the 4x4 config that most high end WiFi has. I'm not sure I've got any devices that would benefit from this mind you.

Just installed this and it seems excellent so far. It doesn't come with a power supply so you either have to order one separately or (better still) take the opportunity to also upgrade to a PoE+ network switch. I am getting slightly better speeds compared to my previous AX1800 TP-Link system (my Android mobile negotiating at 2401MBps and comfortably saturating my 1Gbps fibre broadband connection). I tried a Unifi AP previously and sent it back - it's a nightmare to use if all you need is a simple access point for a home setup. This is much better.

Briefly looked at this and when you move up to the 6E offering, then it's talking about an Insight Subscription which is included for a year.
