I've had the same kind of response from high end computer components companies - really appalling... it seems the only power we have is to return within 30 days. Anything after that is basically russian roulette for support
have been trying to get a good price on a stainless steel BBQ in the end of season sales
I've just got to get a costco membership !
Grilling temp varies wildly across the cooking area, to the extent a sausage grilled in the back left will be cooked at the same time one at the front and toward the centre is only just catching some colour and is raw inside. However, the cooking area is large so this is manageable for a family cook.
The infrared burner is great but, I think, too small. It can sear two medium size burgers at once.
Including a rotisserie is a really nice touch and it produces a great roast chicken. However, without a smoke box it tastes mostly like oven chicken.
It is far more prone to flare ups than a different gas barbecue I have owned.
