49882956-W9GdJ.jpgI have nothing against the product, but worth noting the high sugar content.
    36.5g/100g Basically 36.5% sugar.
I guess that makes it taste so good.

Nestle are notorious for high sugar content. Same for baby cereals and coffee creamers.

No need to put a negative comment on that's not even about how good a deal it is, just because you don't know its uses

If you serve it chilled, is it close enough to milk to use on cereal, or is it strictly for tea/coffee?

It's pretty close and a good prepper item as it lasts years sealed. I got one from amazon when they offered 6 x 400g with £7 off if you use an amazon locker pickup deal (think it worked out at £14 at the time around mid nov. have it in as backup if I run out of milk.
Prices have crept up last few months.
    Nice in coffee.
Like others have said keeping eye out for cheaper deal and offer I got for £14.
Bit of an evaporated milk like taste. (edited)

The price at Tesco is £9 for 900g, which is £1 per 100 g. This works out to 96p per 100g if it is £23.10 and 91p per 100g if using the S&S discount. Not much of a deal IMO. Might as well buy it 900g at a time as and when needed rather than storing a load at home for ages

900g is £7.15 in Asda (selected stores I imagine) and on Amazon (delayed delivery though about 2-4 wks) (edited)

Makes about eighteen and a half litres, so about £1.25 a litre, making real milk cheaper even now.
