Absolute pile of xxxt. Don’t buy it. I did, and used it 3 times over an 18 month period and it packed up. Absolutely gutted. Since brought the “Titan” range at Screwfix 3 year ago, and it’s in a different league to this. You get what you pay for with pressure washers. I learned the hard way, and if I can save you a few quid, I will!!! AVOID this washer.

I can vouch for this. I've just replaced my much older version of this for a Nilfisk Core 130 Power Control after approx. 15years.

During this time I only replaced the high pressure hose once (these will puncture if not looked after). I finally sold mine on FB Marketplace for £35 last week.

I was so tempted by a Karcher (probably as they seem to be the defacto brand) - but given the durability of the my last machine and the offer I got, reverting to Nilfisk again was a no brainer for me.

Hopefully the brand hasn't value engineered the newer consumer models. (edited)

I bought this couple years ago. It worked fine but after 3rd use motor just stops working as soon as I connect with water pipe. Since I didn't use it for a year a haven't got any warranty on it. Not sure what's wrong with it, maybe just not enough water pressure in our pipes.

So based on my experience I would not recommend it to anyone

I always though the general rule with pressure washers was that the cheap ones have a plastic piston that can break easily but pay a bit more and you get a metal (or ceramic?) piston which lasts much longer. Correct me if I'm wrong...

Swap the word piston for pump and you're there. Nilfisk used to have only metal pumps, don't know if that's still the case though

Looking for the first pressure washer for the patio and car. Does anyone know how this compares to Bosch Aquatak Corded Pressure washer 1.3kw which is similarly priced?

Older models were good but real junk past few years, in the race to being the cheapest brand

I bought one to wash the car and it was great whilst it lasted, but after a few months it just leaked water like a sieve from the unit and had zero pressure.

Got one of these at home and the hose won’t now clip into the gun. After a new pressure washer and trying to find something trustworthy

Have a look at the Titan Range in Screwfix. I’ve had one a while now. They’re bomb proof. Reasonably priced too compared to the “Yellow” range. (edited)

I've had an older model too for a number of years and had no problems until this year when I came to do the patio. The jet spray does not come out straight and and rotates after a few seconds. It always used to come out as a straight direct jet and could not adjust to fan spray or any other mode, now this rotating spray is not great. Any idea anyone - did I always have a faulty spray head? Many thanks

There's 2 heads for it, one is straight and one rotates.

Does the patio cleaner cause any issues with this? I’ve had a different model for many years and always been fine. This year used the patio cleaner for the first time and within minutes it seems to have damaged the lance. Water spurts out from the end of the lance which means dropped pressure leaving the device ultimately useless.

only issue I've had with the patio cleaner is that it does clog up and personally I find the dirt blaster more effective I also use a lance extension to save my back and stay dryer lance extension the price does fluctuate though here (may be worth checking on prime day if you have prime) (edited)
