This is great however requires a lot of worktop space!

Still too expensive! I have had one for about two years. Despite the probe, I don’t think much of the grill. I have a contact grill (Optigrill) and it seems much better. Do note that the grill plate can’t be stored inside the machine along with the airfryer basket - you’ll need to find somewhere safe to keep the big lump of metal with a slippery nonstick coating!
It is only about an inch wider than the 300, but gives about 50% extra cooking area (area is good for airfrying, deep fill isn’t). It is pretty much the same area as the Instant VersaZone, which might be where I am heading. You need a good pair of oven gloves as the tray and basket obviously have no handles (and silicone tipped tongs will come in very handy.)
BUT the usable headroom is limiting, especially if you plan to roast un-spatchcocked chickens.
AND cleaning the inside of the lid is a right pain.
However, I should also note that the strangely waxy-feeling nonstick on the pans does work very well indeed.
Compulsory preheat might be an annoyance for some (it isn’t part of the reheat mode.)

It is good, but I don’t think it is great
