OMG what a cracking deal this is from QVC UK again

Meet the Ninja Woodfire, an outdoor electric barbecue grill, smoker and air fryer with seven cooking functions. This outdoor grill requires no charcoal, gas or flames; it uses Woodfire Technology, with an integrated smoker box that burns natural wood pellets for real smoky flavours. Whether you're hosting a garden party or feeding friends and family at a campsite, the Ninja Woodfire delivers on all fronts.

A new way to cook outdoors - grill, smoke, air fry and more and achieve that authentic woodfire flavour. Electric power means it heats up quickly and there's no charcoal, gas or flames, so it's safe to use in gardens, patios, campsites, balconies and other small outdoor spaces.

All flavour, no fuss - gone are the days of struggling to light up your barbecue. Powered by electricity, all you have to do is plug in your Woodfire and you're ready to go. It's mess-free, hassle-free outdoor cooking, any day of the week. The Woodfire is designed to withstand the elements, too.

Get grilling - get the searing and chargrilled finish of a traditional barbecue, without the hassle. From burgers to halloumi kebabs, veg and more, you can grill with the lid open for that authentic barbecue experience. Or close the lid and cook thick cuts and frozen food to perfection.

Barbecue smoker - Woodfire Technology is powered by electricity and flavoured by burning real wood pellets. The integrated smoker box burns Woodfire pellets, while a convection fan evenly circulates heat and smoke around the food. There's even a Woodfire Flavour button to infuse your food with smoke.

Woodfire pellets - made of premium hardwood, Ninja's Woodfire Pellets are used for flavour, not fuel, which means you only need one scoop to take your barbecue to the next level. Try the Robust Blend or the All-Purpose Blend to create different flavours, too. This set includes a starter pack of each flavour.

Outdoor air fryer - take the kitchen outdoors and use the Air Fry function. What's more, there are seven customisable cooking function to pick from; including Air Fry, Roast, Bake, Reheat and Dehydrate.

Feed a crowd - the large grill plate can fit up to eight burgers, or 16 sausages, or two racks of ribs. The air frying basket can cook up to 1kg of wings or up to 1.5kg of hand-cut wedges. You can cook your frozen favourites too, like vegetarian sausages and burgers.

Easy to use - the foldable grill stand locks easily into place for a sturdy cooking service, and the two wheels make it simple to transport the stand or fold it down for compact storage. Want to get cooking? You can get started right away with the chef-created recipe guide included in the box. When it comes to clean-up, the non-stick grill plate and removable grease tray make cleaning easy.

Weather-resistant - built with the British weather in mind, the Ninja Woodfire is water-resistant to a rating of IPX4 and the materials can withstand year-round outdoor cooking and storage.

  • The grill cover has a water resistant coating made with premium oxford fabric to protect your grill throughout the year

Anyone got one of these? Are they any good?

    50063254-M2Keg.jpgYes.
It's amazing, but you must use the smokey outside. The amount of smoke is quite a lot.
I did a 1. 7kg chix in 45 mins, cut in half, moist, and a proper bbq flavour. 50063254-OwdvK.jpg (edited)

ive just bought one of these direct from ninja and paid £325 was the cheapest with blue light card, it didnt come with cover (an extra 20 included with this deal) and it only came with 2 x 90g pack of pallets (this comes with an additionla 2 x 900g pack worth another £30) its a very good deal!

Great price, great bit of kit. You don’t get a smoke ring in the meat but you do get that authentic bbq smoke taste. I’ve done chicken breast, full chicken, ribs. Use a ThermPro Tempspike to cook to temperature not time.

    CJ is great!

Has anyone used this on a campsite electric hookup? Wondered if it would upset the hookup with the power draw.
    Steveo1's avatar
    It's 2400w.
Most campsites that I've been to are at least 16 amps.
16 amps is about 3500 watts, give or take.
Don't forget to take into account anything else that you may have running, kettle, water heater etc.

I’d like to buy this, but my back garden looks like a Star Wars droid reclamation centre already (edited)

    Was delivered today@ £315.00
I can't be bothered to send it back for the sake of £20

To be fair you get other accessories as well in this price

Great price. Love mine - made incredible ribs following a CJ video that were as good as I’ve had anywhere. My BBQ will be spending the summer under its cover as this is so much cleaner and easier.
  8. jig2480's avatar
Great price - got mine from very with the 20% but this is a good deal.

If anyone wants to see what it can do, take a look at some of the cooking with CJ vids on YouTube

I have 7 ninja products in my kitchen and they’re fantastic. I bought this bbq a few weeks ago from Argos as it was sold out everywhere for £300. Haven’t used it yet - will wait for summer. If it says ninja on the box just buy it!
  20. jig2480's avatar
Just spotted the qvc deal includes the official cover too (which separately is overpriced) so makes this deal even better for anyone on the fence
    leemanchip's avatar
I purchased the cover for £19.99 including delivery direct from ninja - didn’t think that was too bad

I picked up a weber pulse 1000 for £150 at the local garden centre. Spent a while trying to decide if I should sell it and get one of these. Decided to keep the weber and buy a small smokey mountain for smoking. The pulse is brilliant, the smoker arrives today. Hope it was a good decision.
    daddybr00's avatar
The pulse is far better, it’s a real bbq with real build quality, unlike this Ninja cult product that is basically a glorified griddle and may not last a couple of years.

The only reason I would sell my Pulse 1000 is to get a Pulse 2000!

You got an absolute bargain at £150 btw (edited)

I had one Ninja air fryer, works well!
  27. elizabethyorks's avatar
I bought one for myself and one for my son. Admittedly mine is still in the box but my son uses his all the time and loves it.
  28. Fents's avatar
I know every single guide on these says it's an outdoor machine only - but has anyone used this on airfry mode indoors? Can it be used safely?

Want a better smoker and wanting an airfryer so perhaps I can kill 2 birds with one stone. (edited)
    slliw's avatar
If you want just want to use indoors might as well get one of their regular ones. Once you use smoke in this and try to use indoors you risk carbon monoxide poisoning. I use mine outdoors, let it cool down and sometimes bring it in the house before moving to the shed and still manages to stink out the room with residual smoke.

I'm gonna wait for the copycats, they'll be a tower branded one or something similar for £99 within a year (I HOPE)

£300 is too much IMO (edited)
    the_mercy_of_percy's avatar
Have to admit I'm thinking the same. Really quite like the idea of these as I can't be chewed with cleaning out gas/charcoal BBQs - but £300-£350 is definitely a premium price.

The price those weber pulse are at. You could have a roof and bbq outdoors with a serious grill for fraction of the price! Electric bbq, I can't help but feel like.. Mmm damn just not worth it.
    slliw's avatar
Don’t buy it then, I’ve got a Weber Go, Kamado Joe, Traeger ranger, masterbuilt and this. They all grill but in different ways with different results.
  36. flossss's avatar
Best thing I’ve bought in years. Brilliant price. Definitely won’t regret buying one of these beasts! Amazing x
