- Application: Apply generously to damp hair from scalp to ends until hair is thoroughly saturated. Leave on for a minimum of 10 minutes (or longer if desired). Rinse from hair. Shampoo and condition as usual.

sorted byYes you may use it on your hair and there's no damage but if you are paying near to £20 quid for a product you don't expect that to be just a 50p hair lotion inside. Be wary
Just want to help those in need before they try rely only on these products and end up losing more ground.
