sorted byIt was a glitch, it's not due for delivery, and Amazon CS gave me a £5 "good will credit"...on a £6 (2 x 12pks) order.
Wednesday I get the "we cancelled your order" email, as it's OOS...STILL, and this after a 3 week wait, but I didn't mind the wait, so back on to Amazon CS
"If you still want it, re-order it" was the attitude so I put in a second call.THIS time, after it's confirmed by this CS Rep I couldn't get it for the price paid HE gave me a Gift Card credit of £8.40 (he did the math) so, I'm £13.40 up, PLUS a refund of the original £6.
Ah yes, Amazon CS eh, I just Amazon CS
UPDATE just fer the HELL of it
Since the "site" said it was in stock, I put in an order (today) for a pack of 24 @ £8 for delivery today...with £8 of the £8.40 I was given by Amazon CS well, yer never know, it might result in another £5 "good will" gesture. (edited)

I was told I'd have it "By 10pm" tuesday, but no tracking, or indication it was even collected SO, I called em up, and was told it was a glitch, and that it's OOS. I got a £5 credit fer that BUT the NEXT DAY?
Wednesday
I'm emailed to say my 2 x 12 packs order (ordered mid April) has been CANCELLED so I put in another call, and?
I got £8.40 fer that
And SO to today,THURSDAY
I saw THIS offer, checked the site, placed an order fer 1 case @ £8 (as a punt) and mugger me if it's not showing as dispatched, due by 10pm
And a few moments ago, when I got off the phone to Amazon CS, TO FIND OUT WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON?
He wasn't sure it IS out for delivery, and will be calling me back tomorrow to check, but for the moment, he gave me a PROMOTIONAL CREDIT of £10
So, so far, my attempts at buying a couple of packs = 24 tins @ £6 have made me £23.40 richer
