Ordered this and sent it back after a day. It’s really underpowered and genuinely worse than the £15 Babyliss one that I previously had. I’ve not got a thick beard at all, but it struggled to take anything off without a lot of effort. You could hear the little motor slowing right down even over a bit of stubble.
This isn’t the same model that the Wirecutter rated as their best one despite the same name and look, it’s designed to look just like that model but it’s made out of hollow silver plastic instead of metal. Avoid.
