I swapped from Beconase to Pirinase several years ago and my hayfever symptoms did improve a bit.
For antihistamine, I've always used either cetirizine or loradatine since I was a kid, but never really found them to be effective.
So I then also switched to Allevia last year. The Pirinase and Allevia combo definitely works for me and I'll be sticking with these.
I now buy Treathay instead of Allevia as it's pretty much the same thing (fexofenadine) but cheaper. (edited)
