I bought the X750 a few days ago for £22.50, but I'd say this is an even better deal. Unfortunately (because of the UK government abandoning Northern Ireland over Brexit!) because I live in NI it is taking over a week to come which means that it's not going to be here on time for a bivi trip I've planned for Monday. Instead I ended up buying a proper Jetboil from the GoOutdoors deal on here (£71), which I was able to click and collect.

It will be interesting to see the quality of the PlanetX kit when it arrives, but I expect I will be returning it as I now no longer need it. The quality and design of the Jetboil is absolutely first class though, so if it's anything like that this is a cracking deal.

Think it's more down to the retailer using that excuse. There is no technical reason this type of product should be delayed getting here.

This is a brilliant bit of kit, which is often reduced in price from time to time.
I bought this 'PX 900 OCS' model for a friend of mine in the Army, and he said it performs just as well as the Jetboils some soldiers use.
    So I Highly Recommended this!

Infact I actually bought the larger 'Planet X 1400 OCS' version for myself for family camping.
Only used it once, but very happy with the quality of the items from Planet X

£23.98 including £3.99 shipping which is still a great price for a well regarded Jetboil Clone!

I got my stove from Europe. Refillable propane/butane tank (you can choose from 2/4/6 litres and the stove part screws on the top. It lasts for years and no waste like here with tiny lpg canisters for a horrendous price. (lpg costs around 80p/l)
I do understand that for backpack trips this is better but in a country where eco slogans are everywhere we don't have any multi use camping cooking gear. Shame.
You can see those stoves in use by many European lorry drivers (or campers) (edited)

If you want to use different larger canisters you can get an adapter. If you want to refill butane canisters, again you can get an adapter. They're totally recyclable when you are finally done with them, just peirce to release the pressure.

If you want flexibility on fuel then you should buy an expressly multi fuel stove. They're pretty cheap these days and the knock off Chinese versions are just as good as an msr.

I own this kit and rate it very highly. Debating getting a second at this price and I have no real need for it. Heat added trying to keep my money away.

Used ours this morning on a walk. 500ml water boiled in a couple minutes. We use ours with the tall bottle like cannisters and just balance it on top. Need to find a way to make it more stable

Before I purchase, would be good to know if getting gas in the right size can be an issue.
