sorted byTheir customer serviceis hopeless if they send you the wrong order. I received a totally incorrect order. 14 emails latee and they were hopeless. They're like robots. So I eventually got a refund via PayPal dispute.
Literally after 5 emails one customer service agent offered a refund which didn't materialise and he ignored my reply emails. Eventually after 12 emails another offered replacements which never came and he also ignored other emails. Anyway without PayPal I would not have got a refund. Luckily for me I also have a load of cd's to sell because they ignored all my emails asking how I could send back my incorrect order abd get a refund. (edited)
DVD version was pretty good back in the day too, brixton live gig from their firestarter/SmBU/breathe peak.
