Change Tony to Toby in the title, auto correct strikes again.

Some very snobby comments in this thread. I've always found Toby to be great value and lovely food.

People have different standards when it comes to the food they'll consume based on quality.

    Nothing snobby about that.

Personally I just care about what I eat and don't just base it on price.

Used to love a Toby Carvery back in the day - can't find one for love nor money in my neck of the woods these days..

I don't go anymore, people with plates piled that high they couldn't eat it all. It seems to attract the rougher end of the market and I'm far from posh but...

I think there are more appropriate terms to describe those types. Like neanderthals.

I got the email with the offer, but I don’t find Toby carvery very appealing, last time I went when one of these offers were on, it was packed & the meat was in short supply, they were just giving small scrappy bits of meat, very small portions, even worse than normal & the beef almost always has runs of fat, making it grisly & inedible

You have to set the bar very low if you're expecting good quality food at Toby.

I tried it a few times but never found that the quality was any good.

It's like food I expect you'd get in the military, which makes sense for Toby. (edited)

My app is all over the place. Played the gravy game and it initially said I'd won something, then said no prize but check wallet for offer, nothing in wallet.

Can be used on more than one occasion, but only once per day. Which is good as i thought they were always a use once offer.

Does anyone else think quality has dropped here?

I wasn't a big fan anyway after the water inflated chicken days at these places. (edited)

Have to admit i only go to a carvery when these offers are on, already booked for Wednesday. For £6 good value. Their buffet breakfast for £5.99 is another winner.
