We have a no quibble 28 returns policy. We hope you love your items, but if you're not happy for any reason you can return them to us within 28 days of receipt of the parcel.
You can return your items by using a pre-paid Evri (formerly Hermes) returns label. Alternatively, view the MandM Returns page to find out more on how to return and see how easy it is.
Prepaid should mean FREE but when I tried to get that Unlimited delivery for 9.99 it says:
" We're hoping you've noticed how low our prices are. One of the ways we are able to offer such good discounts is because we ask customers to pay for any returns for as little as £2.49, through purchasing a returns label at the checkout.
If you didn't purchase one, don't worry! If you decide to return an item you can always visit our Returns Portal and pick one up for as little as £2.99." (edited)
