About this deal

Spotted in Sainsbury’s Derby Wyvern store.

They want 90p for the two cup bar on it’s own, so you’re basically getting the chocolate egg for 7 pence..

Right?

97p from Middlesbrough Sainsbury's. Sold out online, but suspect nationwide.

We were in Sainsbury's Middlesbrough Friday about noon, there was none of the Rees eggs just empty Rees boxes, but they had a good selection of other brands

The egg itself was horrible. The rest of it was good.

These Reeses eggs appear to have sold awfully, checking supermarkets for clearance eggs and all I find are these, larger ones and the little creme egg sized ones.

I’ve been seeing lots on parenting sites about it. Reeses use genetically modified soya and sugar. Also a chemical called TBHQ which is banned in Europe, bad for kids thyroid apparently.

Not sure why my picture was removed, but here’s what was in stock at the front of the store, not sure if there was more elsewhere

Save the 97p. Bought one for my lad. The egg tastes gross compared to the Cadbury's eggs. Heat though!!

That's a low bar to get under nowadays. Well done Reese's.

Got given one of these- the chocolate on the egg itself is rubbish!
